Returns and Refunds

If you have purchased an item from a stockist, please refer to their store policies and contact them directly.

Unfortunately, we cannot provide returns or refunds for changes of mind. We are happy to accomodate changes of colour or item requests within 30 days of you receiving your order and with shipping at your expense. Please note, due to stock levels, we cannot guarantee availability of the colour or item you wish to swap to. In the event that your desired colour is not available, we will issue you with a store credit. Please email us at hello@theindilife.com to request a return and we will gladly facilitate your request as best as we can. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return cannot be accepted.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need proof of purchase. For all return questions please contact us at hello@theindilife.com.

Once we receive the returned items, we will process your request within 7 business days and you will be notified by email.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If you experience a fault within the first 14 days, from the date of purchase, please email us at hello@theindilife.com with your concern and a photograph. Faults include visible damage or impairment to the glass or silicone, not caused by knocks, falls or bumps once received. Breakage at fault of the customer cannot be replaced or refunded. If your item is deemed damaged or defected, we’ll send you a return shipping label as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. In this case you will be offered a replacement or refund. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return cannot be accepted. Please note, staining to the silicone is not considered a defect. For best longevity of your cup, we recommend washing your cup immediately after use to remove any stains such as coffee and lipstick.
