Here are answers to the most common questions we get asked:

WHAT MATERIALS ARE YOUR CUPS MADE FROM?

Our cups are made from hand blown borosilicate glass with a wrapped food-grade silicone base and silicone lid. Our cups are 100% free of BPA and are non-toxic.

ARE YOUR CUPS DISHWASHER & MICROWAVE SAFE?

They sure are!

HOW DOES YOUR LID WORK?

We get so many questions about this! We put many hours into making sure our lid fitted securely for a smooth, leak-free drinking experience. We have designed the cup so the notch on the top of the glass cup presses securely into the lid.

DOES THE CUP GET HOT?

The silicone base has been made thick and dense enough to protect your fingers. That being said, with extra hot coffee, it does get warm (not hot!) to touch. If you are a straight long-black (with no milk) or tea drinker, unfortunately our cups probably aren't for you.

DO YOUR CUPS FIT IN STANDARD CAR CUP HOLDERS?

They sure do!

HOW MUCH LIQUID DO YOUR CUPS HOLD?

Our cups are 12oz or 355ml, which is equivalent to a large coffee. With sustainability in mind, our cup is a one-size cup for all coffee lovers. Complete with 8oz and 12oz fill lines, whether you like a small or large coffee, we've got you covered!

WHY DID YOU CHOOSE SILICONE?

Our silicone is 100% free of BPA and is a safer choice as it doesn't contain any of the toxic chemicals than can leech from plastics, especially as they are heated.

Being made largely from sand, silicone is much more environmentally friendly than petro-chemical and oil derived plastic.
